Privacy

This site is run by Evgeny Kozlov, a natural person based in Limassol, Cyprus (controller for any personal data processed via the site).

  • Hosting & security logs — IP, user agent, request metadata — needed to run and protect the site (provider: Vercel).
  • Privacy-oriented analytics — Vercel Analytics (page views), Vercel Speed Insights (anonymous page-speed measurements of real visits, collected without cookies, as Vercel documents), plus a few anonymous custom events (newsletter signup submitted, contact form submitted, LinkedIn follow click, note read to the end). These events carry no email, name, message text or IP in their properties. Used to understand traffic in aggregate. Configured without a marketing cookie wall; see Vercel’s docs and DPA for details.
  • Contact form messages — the name, surname, email, optional Telegram username, comments and the page you sent it from. Used only to read and reply to your message.
  • Hosting/security: legitimate interests in operating a secure professional site.
  • Contact form: legitimate interests in reading and replying to messages you choose to send.
  • Analytics: legitimate interests in understanding how the site is used (aggregate). You can object anytime via the contact below.

Data may be processed by Vercel (hosting, Analytics and Speed Insights). Transfers outside the EEA, if any, rely on Vercel’s contractual safeguards (e.g. SCCs).

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to Evgeny via Telegram (Telegram Bot API, acting as a processor for delivery). The site itself does not store them; they remain in Evgeny’s Telegram chat. To limit abuse, the form uses a hidden anti-spam field and a short per-connection rate limit; IP addresses used for that limit are held only briefly in server memory and are not stored.

Logs and analytics are kept only as long as needed for security/operations, then deleted or aggregated per provider defaults.

Contact form messages are kept in Evgeny’s Telegram only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time using the contact below.
