ORSiO Solutions presented the n725 as the most powerful communicator available at its launch, citing a faster processor, a rich bundle, compact size and its styling. It was made in China by Quanta Computer, with build quality overseen by ORSiO Solutions, and the company compared it with the O2 XDA Atom, O2 XDA Atom Exec and HP iPAQ rw6828.[5]
Retail sales of the n725 were planned to start by 31 October 2006. The phone was fully localised into Russian and certified for Russia, with warranty repairs through the brand's own ORSiO service centre and user support, firmware updates and software on orsio.ru.[5]
The company's product sheet lists an Intel XScale PXA275 at 520 MHz, 192 MB ROM and 64 MB RAM, a 2.7 inch QVGA screen with 262,000 colours, a 2 MP camera with 352×288 MPEG-4 video, Wi-Fi 802.11b, Bluetooth 2.0 EDR, infrared, and FM radio with recording, with SPb Pocket Plus 3.0 and ORSiO Haali Reader preinstalled. The box included a cradle, a leather case and a stereo headset.[5] iXBT's review reports a PXA272 processor and Bluetooth 1.2.[1]
The g735 was a slider with a QWERTY keyboard and a built-in SiRF Star III GPS chip. It ran Windows Mobile 5.0 (AKU 3.2) on a 400 MHz Samsung processor with 128 MB ROM and 64 MB RAM, and had a 2.8 inch QVGA screen, tri-band GSM with EDGE, Bluetooth 1.2 with EDR, Wi-Fi 802.11b, FM radio, a 2 MP camera with LED flash, a microSD slot and a 1,530 mAh lithium polymer battery. It weighed 165 g and carried Rostest certification among others.[6]
